Cancellation Policy: You're asked to give at least a 24h advance notice to cancel your therapy. Cancellations received with less than 24h advance notice will be charged of the full fee.

Delayed Session Policy: Respect of the client is our first concern. If you're coming late to your session, we will consider wether it's still possible to complete it giving the right time to the next client. If not, you may be asked to take another appointment and you will be charged with the full fee of the session lost for your delay.

In-home Therapies and Formation: +20% 

Weekend/Holidays Therapies and Formation: +30%

UE Territory Therapies and Formation: +25%. Extra costs like travel, hotel, food and transportation will be at your charge after accepting the estimated budged. 

Outside UE Territory Therapies and Formation; +50%. Extra costs like travel, hotel, food and transportation will be at your charge after accepting the estimated budged.
