Both the trainings have three levels and the Master level.

To work with reiki you need just the first level. The other ones are just a way to empower yourself and to get more reiki knowledge. With the master level you can also initiate others.

Each level needs one or two days, normally a weekend, to learn theory, practice and receive the initiation.

Time needed: A day or a weekend each level

The course explains the light nature at a physical, energetical, psychological and symbolical level and its uses to improve wellness or as a really good and flexible therapy tool.

Part of the work will be theoretical, part will be laboratories.

Time needed: 2 days, 12 hours
